Rob Cowen's 528ci powered 88 Ranger
This 88 Ranger sits on a 77 F150 chassis and features a 528ci A460 headed engine. B.F.Evans supplied the TFS A-460 heads, FRPP rocker arms and custom JE forged pistons for the build. Other engine highlights include a custom solid roller cam, Jomar stud girdles and a 1190cfm King Demon carb.
With all the torque of a big stroker some serious drivetrain is required to keep everything together. Rob relies on a fully rollerized C6 followed by a NP205 transfer case sending power to a Dana 44 in the front and a beefed up 9" in the rear. The power of this 528 keeps the Boggers spinning and makes this Ranger a real beast in the mud.
